The 2020 Hainan International Tourism Equipment Expo ended successfully on Nov. 22, after enjoying an on-site turnover of 13.3 million yuan.

More than 500 enterprises and manufacturers attended the three-day expo held this year under the theme of “New tourism, New equipment, New development”.

High-end tourism transportation facilities, tourism infrastructure facilities, as well as outdoor tourism and sports equipment were three key sectors featured.

The exhibition was divided into eight: smart travel, RV (recreational vehicle) and camping equipment, outdoor tourism equipment, entertainment facilities, outdoor sports equipment, sea tourism equipment, low-altitude flying equipment and national tourism destinations.

Among those on display, highlights included autopilot aircraft, a 360° sky tent and a new business travel bus, showcasing the latest trends emerging in the travel and tourism industries.

The annual expo further highlighted Hainan province’s advantages and potentials as a global tourism equipment hub.
